All services are non-refundable, as you are paying for the dedicated time and premium products used during your appointment, both of which cannot be returned.

We prioritize your satisfaction. If you encounter any concerns or are unhappy for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please notify us. We will promptly address the issues and offer a complimentary touch-up service. This touch-up must be scheduled within 5 days of your original appointment.

Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity and quality of your lash extensions. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to improper aftercare.

In the unfortunate event of an allergic reaction, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued. However, we will promptly and free of charge remove your extensions.

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the designated time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost.

"No call, no show" and same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of 50% of the service cost is required to schedule an appointment. This fee contributes towards the overall service you have scheduled.
